Cancellation Policy

Some items available at Jeloria Beauty may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription frequency and duration you select.

Your payment information will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay.

Certain subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you must cancel it prior to the next renewal date.

How to Cancel or Modify a Subscription

You may cancel or update your subscription in one of the following ways:

  • Provide at least 3 days’ written notice before your next renewal date by emailing us at info@jeloriabeauty.shop, clearly stating that you wish to cancel your subscription; or

  • Use the “Manage Subscription” link located in the footer menu of our website, where you can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Your order confirmation emails also contain links that allow you to access and manage your subscription settings.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is currently out of stock or not yet available in our inventory. At checkout, we may:

  • Collect no payment,

  • Collect a partial deposit, or

  • Store your payment method and charge the remaining balance once the item ships.

Pre-Order Cancellations

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order only if it has not yet been fulfilled.

If a pre-order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
